Secure Agreement & NDA

1. Exclusive Licensing: While you retain 100% IP ownership, Horizons Studios is granted an exclusive worldwide license for showcase and distribution.

2. Revenue Share: Participation requires a $25 monthly fee. Profit split is 85% to Developer / 15% to Conglomerate.

3. Strict Confidentiality (NDA): All business plans, media, and development intel are classified. Unauthorized disclosure carries a fine of up to $25,000 USD.

4. Permanent Barring: Any breach of this NDA results in immediate expulsion from all Horizons Studios systems.
